succes consultan\u021b\u0103 unei autorit\u0103\u021bi publice locale \u00een vederea derul\u0103rii procedurilor de expropriere pentru utilitate public\u0103 a unui imobil teren aflat pe raza jude\u021bului Ilfov.<\/li>\n<li>PSBH a reprezentat cu succes \u00een cadrul unei ac\u021biuni \u00een revendicare promovat\u0103 de c\u0103tre client \u00eempotriva Statului Rom\u00e2n, \u00een vederea revendic\u0103rii \u0219i ob\u021binerii de desp\u0103gubiri pentru terenuri preluate abuziv de c\u0103tre autorit\u0103\u021bile publice, situate \u00een zona central\u0103 a Bucure\u0219tiului, respectiv Biblioteca Na\u021bional\u0103 a Rom\u00e2niei, prin demersurile realizate fiind stabilite desp\u0103gubiri de aproximativ 1,5 milioane euro.<\/li>\n<li>PSBH a reprezentat cu succes \u00een cadrul unei ac\u021biuni av\u00e2nd ca obiect anularea par\u021bial\u0103 a Planului Urbanistic General (PUG) al Municipiului Bucure\u0219ti, ini\u021biat\u0103 de c\u0103tre client \u00eempotriva autorit\u0103\u021bilor locale, ca urmare a schimb\u0103rii nejustificate a destina\u021biei imobilului \u2013 teren apar\u021bin\u00e2nd clientului nostru.<\/li>\n<li>PSBH a reprezentat cu succes un dezvoltator imobiliar \u00een procesul ini\u021biat de c\u0103tre Prefectul Jude\u021bului Ilfov privind anularea autoriza\u021biei de construire eliberat\u0103 clientului, cererea de chemare \u00een judecat\u0103 fiind respins\u0103 \u00een integralitate, ca fiind tardiv formulat\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>PSBH a reprezentat cu succes un dezvoltator imobiliar \u00een faza procesual\u0103 de recurs \u00een procesul ini\u021biat de c\u0103tre Prefectul Jude\u021bului Ilfov privind anularea autoriza\u021biei de construire eliberat\u0103 clientului, unde instan\u021ba de fond dispusese anularea autoriza\u021biei de construire.
